ETSY Inspired #61..............Wildflowers!!!!

Just a quick post today for the ETSY Inspired Challenge #61..........check out the gorgeous nature photography at Fine Art Nature Photography and then just go ahead and TRY to pick out just one inspiration photo!!!! LOL

I chose this gorgeous photo.........I soooooooooo ADORE flowers.........especially wildflowers!!!! Yep, we have no flowers here currently and still have a blanket of wet snow and mud!!! LOL So even more appreciated was this weeks' gorgeous flower challenge!!!

I made this little card and necklace gift set for a friend............she'll know who she is when she opens up the padded envie!!! ;) I'll be doing a tutorial this week on how to make these simple but sweet stamped necklaces!!!! So stay tuned!!! I couldn't resist decoratin a little tin of course with Melanie's What's In Your Tin set!!!!!

For the card I used Asela's Fruitful Harvest set............aren't those big sunflowers gorgeous??? Oh maybe I colored them more like black eyed susans...........well, whatever I did...........I LOVE this big flower image!!!! I used Gina K.'s Pure Luxury........Ivory, Pumpkin Spice, Chocolate Kiss and some basic grey dsp!! Of course had to get those embellies in there ya know!!! So some ribbon and pearls and stickles OH MY!!!! LOL

The latest Pure Luxury Cardstock colors are perfect for holiday cards!!!! And of course my current favorite BG Eskimo Kisses!!! The Polar White Flower Soft is so fun as "snow" and some frosty Stickles on the tree. OF COURSE I had to choose the blinged up sketch Jessica made..........I mean really...........now tell me you ALL knew I'd have no choice!! LOL

And here's my card that also showcases a brand new Gina K. Designs stamp set designed by Rupa called Winter Friends!!!! I just love this adorable little guy!!! And then some fun blue dp and lots of red accents!!! I cuttlebugged the red panel with the snowflake folder and of course couldn't resist Stickling up some snowflake embellies!!!

Gina K. Sneak Peeks Day #3............Signed With Love & Winter Friends!!!!!

Ohhhhh and this is perfect for the early and very snowy winter that has hit us hard the past week and a half!!!!!!! LOL It's an adorable new set by Rupa called Winter Friends..........just wait until you see the cuteness factor of all the images!!!! I decided to make a snowy night scene full of fluffy Flower Soft snow...........of course all of our snow is not QUITE as fluffy as this and definitely much colder!!!!! LOL I used the GKD Pure Luxury In The Navy and White cardstock and then stamped the snowy cabins in Versamark and embossed in white. I used the white gel pen to make the night sky............could be stars, could be snowfall.........you choose!!! LOL

Gina K. Sneak Peeks Day #2............First Christmas & Vintage Borders!!!!

Ohhhh yeah!!!!! It's day 2 and we're sneaking peeks of 2 new Gina K. sets!!!!!!!!!!!


This first one is a very sweet set designed by Asela called First Christmas........and this precious teddy bear just grabbed my heart!!!! All I could think of is a snuggly pink, plaid blankie and matching bear for a little baby girl's first Christmas!!! So I attempted some more stitching......and until I use my Janome more often, I am sooooooooo happy I can watch the Stamp TV video over and over on how to thread that little machine!!!! LOL And of course girlie means I can layer and bling it up to my heart's content!!! LOL I used some of my favorite Pure Luxury Cardstock.........Cranberry Tart, Chocolate Kiss and White and the wonderful Basic Grey Eskimo Kisses!!!!

And then all the work of dp is done, so just a highlighting of the verse that's also in this set and your card is done!!! Okay, y'all KNOW I had to have a BIT of bling!!!!! LOL

Gina K. Sneak Peeks Day #1...........Festive Frame!!!!

It is soooooo THAT time again!!!!!!!! Fabulous Gina K. Designs new stamps!!!!!!!! This elegant set is from the gorgeous AND talented Melanie............called Festive Frame........again, the possibilities are endless and beautiful!!!!!!!

Because I'm trying to work on some CAS designs each month, I decided to try a monochromatic and simple design. I used the luscious new Pure Luxury Cranberry Tart and Good As Gold cardstock. And I embossed the frame with one of the many sweet sentiments in gold. Really just a touch of gold bling and a simple but elegant Christmas card!!!!
