Gina K. Designs May Sneak Peek Day #4.........Friends Are Forever and Fine Furnishings!!!!

WoooHooo!!!!  Day 4 is here!!!!!

This is Gina's sweet Free With 3............Friends Are Forever!!!!  It's a special set to make some special cards "just because"!!!  Along with the Bubblegum Pink, I used 2 of the brand new colors of Pure Luxury Cardstock, Sweet Mango and Grass Green.  I'm in PASTEL HEAVEN I tellya!!!!  LOL  Of course I had to use more fabulous  bling!!  And the Spellbinder's Label 4 dies!!  And here's the inside.........

And the sweet Nina has designed a beautifully elegant and fun pair of stamp sets, Fine Furnishings and Fine Furnishings Addition.

Isn't that fun???  I mean really.......can't we all say we have a friend or three that we can send this card to????  ROFL!!!!  Basic Grey Origins made a perfect therapist's couch!!!  HeeHee!!  And the Pure Luxury colors I used are White, Chocolate and the new Grass Green.  And the inside.......

Gina K. Designs May Sneak Peek Day #3...........Enjoy The Sunshine STV Kit and Stars!!!!

Ohhhh Day 3 is here!!!!!

Ohhhh let me tell you............it's another FABULOUS Stamp TV Kit!!!!!  Such adorable and sweet images and sentiments!!!!  Now this first card should satisfy that PINK y'all expect from me!!!!  LOL  It's the Pure Luxury Bubblegum Pink!!  And I used the new Basic Grey dp that will be in the store on Thursday and these new Spellbinder's Blossom Nesties......I'm in love with them!!!  Had to use some fun bling too, and Stickle up the parasol!!!  The inside design has the sentiment to match........

And now here's a fun, festive set from Tami called Stars.

I made a fun and celebratory card perfect for July 4th!!!  LOL  My take on a red, white and blue uses the Turquoise Sea for the blue along with Red Hot and White Pure Luxury.  I decided to stamp onto some White Twill for a fun change!  The stars are really glitzy IRL with lots of Diamond Stickles!!!

Gina K. Designs May Sneak Peek Day #2..........Candles On Your Cake and Hope Grows!!!!

Ready for Day 2????  You just might be surprised here!!!  LOL

First up is a fun and exciting new set by the amazing Melanie Muenchinger!!!  It's called Candles On Your Cake........and I had such a fun time using her Inspiration Mosaic as a background for a very celebratory Happy Birthday card!!!!  LOL  I used Pure Luxury Cardstock in Ocean Mist, Red Hot, Wild Dandelion and White.  And of course I had to use Stickles for some sparkle on those candles!!!!  LOL  Now just a bit on the inside too....

Now for the talented Theresa Momber and her new set, Hope Grows........

Are you shocked???  Yes, a TRUE CAS card from me!!!!  Usually I have my own version of CAS.....or as my hubby has coined......C"LEE"N and Simple!  LOL  Yes, however this time I really did make a CAS card!!!  LOL  Actually I made a little notecard set for part of  my niece's graduation gift.

The Gina K. Pure Luxury 120# is so awesome since it can be the base weight and yet will show no bleed thru with Copic coloring!!!  I used 3 of the images with the same sentiment to make some all-occasion cards and used Gina K. ribbon for just a bit of texture!!  Ok, a handful of bling too........but only a tiny amount!!!  LOL

Gina K. Designs May Sneak Peek Day #1..........Botanicals and Beach Bum!!!!!!

Yes, here we are!!!  It's actually summertime at my house now and what a way to kick off summer than with this amazing Gina K. Designs release!!!!!

This is Gina's new one.............Botanicals...........and it's just so elegant and truly beautiful!!!  I am loving experimenting with some different color combos lately.......and this yellow and chocolate just caught my fancy!!!  I stamped the script bg stamp first in Vivid Lemon Ice and then stamped one of the botanical images in Vivid Brown over top.  Of course I still gotta have some bling and my favorite Spellbinders Fancy Tags!!!!  I used one of our new Pure Luxury Cardstock colors here.........Wild Dandelion.....I LOVE this color!!!!  (Three new colors will be released on Thursday night!!)  And then here's a quick design for the insides of cards..........I just can't leave them "nakie" anymore after seeing so many of  Jessica's gorgeous cards complete with beautiful inside designs!!!!

Next here is Rupa's summertime fun Beach Bum stamp set!!!!!

So I tried something kinda wacky.........I used real sand.......ok, ok, ok, I live in the mountains and our "sand" isn't really true sand as you can tell!!!  LOL  But I had fun creating a little beach scene!!!  I paperpieced the towel from the image and colored the umbrella with Copics to match!!  I used Pure Luxury in Ocean Mist and Red Hot, along with White.  I sponged using Vivid Tuscan Sand and Vivid Aqua.  Gotta have some bright bling on a summery card!!!!  HeeHee!!  And again here's the inside...........really just a quick, little sumpin' sumpin' really gives your whole card a "finished" look!!

Gina K. Designs Illustrator Hop!!!!!

Welcome to a fun Illustrator Challenge hop............this month's challenge is to be inspired by a favorite movie and use one of the newest Gina K. Designs stamp sets!!!!

Now, I had limited supplies with me on this roadtrip, although plenty to still enjoy a few days of stamping in the hotel!!!!  LOL  I chose a fun, summery, old-fashioned, cute and funny movie!!!  Gidget!!!  Yep, I LOVE the Gidget movies and t.v. show!!!  So the beachy theme was perfect for Melanie's gorgeous Gifts From The Sea.

I used Pure Luxury Cardstock in Chocolate and Vanilla.  I stamped the shells in Aqua Vivid Ink and used DCWV Tahiti Beach dp.  Some Primas and pearls and ribbon, OH MY to finish it off!!! LOL  I do love the browns and blues combination for a beachy theme!!  And the Nestie Labels 4 is still one of my faves!!!!

Gina K. Designs Hop with Quite A Catch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh I just got such a kick out of the sweet and talented Gina K's new Quite A Catch stamps.....I soooooooooooooooo love the little crab!!!!!  And how could I resist a crabby smilie to match???!!!!!!  LOL

I'm still on our business trip/vacation and brought my stampin' stuff along!!!  Of course!!!!  I had so much fun making this little audience of crabs!!!  Now how can those little faces not cheer you up???  HeeHee!!!

I used some fun DCWV Tahiti Beach dp that matches wonderfully with GKD Pure Luxury Turquoise Sea and Red Hot!!!  I colored these little guys with Copics and then used just a touch of some Stickles for that underwater sparkle!!!  The card is a tad bigger than an A2 size, so I guess I'll finally have to learn how to make my own envelopes!!!

Moxie Fab World's Tuesday Trigger with Nina!!!!!

It feels great to be getting back into some challenges!!!!!  And check out this week's  Moxie Fab World Tuesday Trigger, it's right up my alley!!!  It's got flowers and pink!!!!  LOL  The inspiration photo came from the talented and sweet Nina Brackett!!!

I'm on a roadtrip with my hubby and son and right now we're in North Dakota...........and yes I most certainly DID bring my stampin' stuff with me..........but only limited stamp sets because for some reason my guys thought they needed some space in the car too!!!  LOL  But I brought enough to create and color and have fun while they were at their business conference!!  Our son got to go as a student and that's just another cool thing about homeschooling!  ;)

For my card I used the Gina K. set A Beautiful Life designed by the fabulous Melanie Muenchinger!!  I sooooo LOVE these floral frame sets!!!  I found some fun new DCWV paper called Flower Shower and the colors were perfect for Nina's photo!!!!  And the Copics I used to color and shade the tulips are R37, R35 and R32.  Had to put a little bit of glitz on those buzzing bees and some bling on the frame!!  :)
